So a well received photographer, Chris Grosser, is visiting us from Florida and is willing to do some free shoots for us. Let's round up the guys and give him a huge welcome!

Here's some of his work: click me (http://chrisgrosserphotography.com/gallery.php?ID=5&subID=51#imagelist)

Last year when he dropped by, he took some amazing shots of some of our rides. This year he's visiting to do it all again.

He's interested in doing a short rally up to Whistler on Aug 1, where some ppl can choose to stay the night, or come back (I've got to be back for a wedding on the 2nd, so I'll lead the cruise back).

So who's all in?

I appreciate the kind words. :)

Thanks for posting up! I'd love to make an awesome time and car meet out of my trip.

My website is: www.chrisgrosserphotography.com

Feel free to check it out. :) My work may look familiar to some of you, I've done work for a few of the bigger auto forums online.

I will be checking in this thread periodically. Please shoot me an email with any questions!

Hope to hear from you guys soon and even more so, I hope to meet many of you when I'm in your area!

- Chris

Hey guys,

As Chris is crashin at my place during his visit, I will be his Chauffeur (unfortunately in a 350z, so no euro love from me:p), so figured I'd introduce myself. Just to clarify a bit, I've been discussing this whistler run with Chris, and I've informed him of the conflict with the finale of the HSBC Festival of Light. Since he expressed interest in seeing it, and I know many of us probably go to it every year, we thought it might be best to make the run a Sunday. Same details would apply; we'll head up there do a photoshoot, and perhaps those of us that might want to stay over and party it up (Monday is of course a holiday) can do so.

Kaostik, I'm excited to see your ride again, and hopefully meet some more of you guys! Because my experience with whistler is rather limited, I would also like to call on anyone who has ideas of where to shoot in whistler to chime in. Nothing is worse than an unorganized shoot with no idea of location beyond the city, so any help would be great.

Thanks for the comments! :)

Shooting LeMans / Indy is insane. I was fortunate enough to photograph Sebring 12 Hours for TeamSpeed.com.

I photographed the St. Pete Grand Prix for the city and mayor of St. Pete himself, talk about an experience. :) I was almost killed during Danica Patrick's crash but that's another story entirely. :p I still have a piece of her car as a keep sake that I took home from the wreck.

Hope to see you out though! Anyone and any car is welcome. :) The more people the better! Just looking to meet some fellow car nuts and get some people together for a good day and drive.

Hey Chris.

Ever shoot bikes before?

I photographed my friends R1 a few years ago when I was just initially getting into photography.

I haven't tinkered with it too much but it would always be fun to shoot. I love bikes too, have my motorcycle license as well.

I'd love to do some rolling shots of bikes on the highway or back roads somewhere.

I will probably just do the same thing I did last year with the shoot. We all just met up for the meet and I photographed the cars throughout the day and posted up the pictures on my website. Anyone who had any interest in picking up prints of their car could just purchase them through me after. It worked out really really well last year.
